They founded a mental health support organization that faces to international students at Purdue and have volunteered as a crisis hotline counselor, experiences that have strengthened their commitment to fostering emotional well-being. Bowen is passionate about working with children and understanding how early-life experiences influence identity and mental health. In the future, they plan to pursue graduate studies in the field of Clinical psychology, using research to drive meaningful change in mental health accessibility and support.
One of the things they are most proud of is adopting the cutest puppy in the world—a Golden Retriever-Husky mix named Cookie, named after her chocolate-chip-cookie-colored fur. They love spending time with her and exploring new places together.
